Cancellation & Refunds:

The Refund Amount will be processed within 30 days of receipt of complaint or confirmation and any request later on day 7 WILL NOT BE entertained. So, please abide by this condition and make us aware if you found any disruption.

In the case of Self-paced courses, there will be no refund. The no-refund policy is applicable if anytime found that the course content or videos that you have paid for, has been shared with any others/multiple users. If the intention behind the purchase is to copy the content or material, then the user's access will be blocked immediately. In such a case, no refund of the course fee will be entertained.

Brainy Scout reserves the right to cancel/postpone or change the training schedule in the event of insufficient enrollments, trainer(s) unavailability, or any health issues that happened to him/her, network issues or any other natural calamities occur.

In case, Brainy Scout reschedules any online training class at its discretion, then the same would be informed to the trainees. If the user/student is unavailable or unable to attend the rescheduled dates of training, then they have to inform the same to us. The student(s) have the privilege to reschedule the training to attend it at any future date at their convenience. This includes some conditions;

• if the student wishes to reschedule his/her, online training class, then they can request at least 3 days ahead of the start of the training.
• if the student wishes to change or reschedule his/her training class for any unforeseen reason or wants to register at any future date, then the same should be informed & discussed with the Support Team of Brainy Scout.
